Playing Cheryl Cole Music Got Man Evicted From His Home!

A Mansfield County judge gave an eviction notice to a young man for playing Cheryl Cole music in one of the worst nuisance cases the judge had seen.
funny news
Martin Bramwell, 22, constantly played Cheryl Cole music until 4am, singing along quite loudly, banging doors and yelling in his Ladybrook Lane, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire flat. A neighbor finally had to leave and stay with friends because after putting up with the noise for over a year it became much too unbearable. Bramwell continued playing loud music even after an injunction was imposed in October 2009.

Councillor Danny McCrossan, Portfolio Holder for Public Protection at Mansfield District Council, commented: “Justice has been done. No-one should have to face this type of anti-social behaviour. “Martin Bramwell was made aware that his actions could have serious consequences but he chose to continue to behave in a way that was anti-social and, therefore, was evicted.”

Bramwell has been ordered to leave his home by 4pm March 3.

Legendary Johnny Cash Sings from the “Grave”

When producer Rick Rubin awkwardly describes Johnny Cash’s latest album as “otherworldly,” he’s not kidding.

The country titan has been dead for almost seven years, and Rubin’s American Recordings label will mark the 78th anniversary of Cash’s birth on Friday next week by releasing a second posthumous album of new material.

“American VI: Ain’t No Grave” is the sixth and final installment in a series of acoustic-oriented albums that sparked one of the unlikeliest comebacks in living memory. Full Story at msnbc
